The regional challenge that allows elementary, middle, and high-school students to construct a simple, remotely operated underwater vehicle, or Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV), from Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) pipe and other readily made materials.

Our challenge is held at the Arab Academy for Science, Technology & Maritime Transport, Alexandria.
